About
Floor-side quality analytics for Thai plants
System Latticehub Co., Ltd. helps plant supervisors turn scrap, rework, and inspection records into briefings the shift can act on.
Official name and history
The official registered business name is System Latticehub Co., Ltd. The company was established in 2016 in Tak, Thailand, after several years of freelance quality charting work inside metal and plastics plants in the eastern seaboard corridor.
Early clients asked for help reading scrap codes that differed between day and night shifts. That practical need — charts supervisors could brief from — remains the centre of the practice. Over time the work grew from single-line studies to full plant assessments and monthly review retainers.
Mission
Give plant supervisors a shared, readable picture of how defects move through their lines, without burying them in reports meant only for the quality office.
How we work
We start on the floor. Observation with supervisors comes before spreadsheet gymnastics. We use the defect codes and checklists the plant already owns, then draft charts that fit a five-minute handover. When a plant prefers Thai floor vocabulary mixed into an English briefing, we follow that mix.
People
Engagements are led by a senior manufacturing quality analyst paired, on larger visits, with a floor facilitator who keeps the schedule aligned with live production. We do not staff permanent resident teams inside a plant; the model is visit-based and retainer-supported review.
Values
- Short action lists over long reports
- Respect for production schedules and PPE rules
- Honest notes when records are incomplete
- Charts that survive a shift handover
