Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to paid manufacturing quality analytics engagements with System Latticehub Co., Ltd., including plant assessments, chart sessions, monthly retainers, and incoming inspection maps.

Eligibility

Refunds are available when we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a suitable alternative date, or when a written estimate payment was collected and the engagement never started because the client cancelled within the timeframe below.

Timeframe

For on-site assessments and inspection maps, cancellations received at least 10 business days before the first scheduled visit date may receive a full refund of fees paid, minus any non-recoverable travel booked with prior written approval.

Cancellations between 9 and 5 business days before the visit may receive a 50% refund of fees paid for the visit portion. Cancellations with fewer than 5 business days’ notice are not refundable for the reserved visit days.

Chart sessions

Sessions cancelled at least 5 business days in advance may be rescheduled once at no charge or refunded in full. Later cancellations are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 60 days at our discretion if facilitator time remains available.

Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Unused days within a started month are not refunded. You may cancel future months with 15 days’ written notice before the next billing date.

Non-refundable items

• Work already delivered (charts, briefings, maps already presented)
• Approved third-party travel already purchased
• Printed materials produced specifically for your plant after approval
• No-shows on scheduled visit or session days

Work already started

If analysis or on-site observation has begun, fees for completed stages remain payable. Any unused prepaid balance for undelivered later stages may be refunded or credited by written agreement.

Rescheduling

One reschedule of an on-site visit is allowed without fee when requested at least 7 business days in advance, subject to facilitator availability. Further reschedules may incur a scheduling fee stated in the estimate.

Deposits

Deposits secure dates. They follow the cancellation timeframes above. Deposits convert to fees earned when the related stage is delivered.

Refund process and method

Email info@system-latticehub.click with your engagement reference, reason, and payment proof. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where possible.
