Data we collect

When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, optional engagement preference, plant location text, and message content. Server logs may record IP address and basic browser data for security.

Purpose and legal basis

We use inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare estimates, and schedule plant visits. We process this data based on your request for steps prior to a contract and our legitimate interest in operating a professional practice in Thailand.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active engagement, accounting, or legal claim. You may ask us to delete inquiry data earlier when no engagement is active.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use email hosting or IT providers who process data on our instructions. Plant quality records shared during an engagement are handled under the engagement agreement and are not used for marketing.

International transfers

Primary storage is intended within Thailand or a region supporting our email provider. If a transfer outside Thailand is required for tooling we use, we apply contractual safeguards appropriate under Thai personal data protection rules.

Your rights
