Plant visits

What happens when we come to your floor

A plant visit is the delivery mode for assessments and inspection maps. Here is the rhythm supervisors can expect from intake to closing briefing.

Visit rhythm

  1. Intake call

We confirm priority lines, shift patterns, PPE rules, and which scrap and rework files you can share before arrival.

  2. Arrival and escort

We follow your plant’s visitor process. A plant escort and at least one supervisor join the walk-throughs.

  3. Observation and records

Time on the line comes first. Record review happens in the quality room between passes so we do not block production.

  4. Chart drafting

Defect families are ranked with supervisor language, then drafted into briefing-ready sheets for each priority line.

  5. Closing briefing

We present on the floor or in the quality room before a shift change when possible, with a short action list — not a thick binder.

Coverage

We visit plants across Thailand, with frequent work in Samut Prakan, Chonburi, Rayong, and the Tak region near our office. Travel days for distant provinces are stated in the estimate.
