Process
- Intake call to confirm lines, shifts, and available records
- On-site observation and record review with supervisors
- Chart drafting and defect-family ranking
- Closing briefing on the plant floor or in the quality room
Preparation
Please prepare the last 8–12 weeks of scrap and rework counts, current inspection checklists, and access for one supervisor per priority line.
Constraints
We work around production schedules and do not stop lines. Hazardous areas require plant PPE and a plant escort.
