Process
- Send a sample of recent defect counts
- Session delivery with practice rounds
- Brief written notes for the quality office
Preparation
Nominate up to 12 supervisors and share anonymized defect counts for one product family.
Constraints
Sessions are delivered in English with Thai floor vocabulary as needed.
